Akhona obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2023 and commenced his legal practical training in July 2024 as a Candidate Attorney at HJ Badenhorst Attorneys Inc. During this time, he gained valuable experience in civil litigation, including drafting legal documents, assisting with court filings, and  attending court proceedings.

 

In January 2026, he joined Maswanganyi Hlapolosa Inc as a Candidate Attorney to continue his legal training, broaden his exposure to various areas of law, and  develop into a competent, well-rounded attorney.
